Building Regulations exists to ensure that buildings are designed and constructed in accordance with the law. It is important to be aware of these regulations when building your dream home. These regulations guide us about what to construct, how and where. It is important to check with your local council with any building regulations that they have in place, and if there are any contracts or approvals you need before commencing your project.
