Customized House Designs

There are the standard house plans for 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. But what if you want bigger rooms? Or an extra bathroom?  Or a larger veranda to enjoy the garden? 

With Waterfalls Estate that’s not a problem! House designs can be customized in terms of size, design and layout.

Speaking of gardens, you may want to enjoy a bigger yard.  The plots are modular and can easily be combined to give you more space!  So you can add  a bigger garden if you want. The choice is yours.

2 bedroom houses

The cozy yet affordable  2 bedroom design gives you optimal value for money. A self-contained master bedroom, larger veranda  and covered laundry area are options to fit any budget and preference.

3 bedroom house

The 3 bedroom house has an open plan design. It features 2 bathrooms, separate laundry and pantry spaces, covered veranda with sliding door access from the living room.

4 bedroom house

The 4 bedroom house is based on the highly popular 3 bedroom design with an added self-contained guest-wing, giving you extra versatility. Use it as an office space, nanny’s quarters, a spare bedroom or simply a private luxury – the utility is all in your hands!
