Many people buy land in Zambia but seem uncertain as to why they haven’t received their title deeds. In certain instances title deeds are not actually issued on certain pieces of land to understand why you need to understand that Land Tenure in Zambia is based on one of the following types of land categorisations:
- Customary Land
- Occupancy License
- Certificate of Title
